We're roasting two whole hogs to celebrate Fall y'all! One will be marinated in our secret south Texas sour orange recipe, wrapped in locally-sourced banana leaves and buried in our custom pit. The other, brined crispy Cuban style and roasted in a box. Served with some delicious honkytonk sides.
